What You Bring

-10+ total years of experience -Experience working with Consultancy firms -Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills -5+ years experience on Hospitality (5-star Hotels), High-Rise Residential or Villa Development projects -Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or relevant field -Excellent communication and teamwork skills -Professional certifications in relevant fields (i.e. building inspector, LEED AP) are a plus -Proficient in relevant software programs, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office -Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations, architectural design principles, and construction practices -Experience in performing on-site inspections and quality control checks
