Build and send email marketing campaigns, including automation and lead nurturing.
Manage social media channels and create relevant posts.
Conduct SEO research and create optimised web content.
Assist with website updates and improvement projects.
Work with internal teams and agencies to develop digital assets such as imagery and videos.
Analyse performance data using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
Plan and produce engaging content in collaboration with the digital team.

Previous experience in a digital/marketing/social media role
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Click Dimensions
Previous blogging and online copywriting experience
At least three GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+/C or above in any subject, plus GCSE Maths and English at grade 3+/D or above.
Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills
Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to successfully multi task
You must not hold a qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.
Willingness to complete the Digital Marketing Apprenticeship qualification.
Ability to travel within the UK & Ireland
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure while staying flexible and collaborative.
Communicates clearly and confidently in both written and spoken formats.
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager
