- Remove trash daily from office areas and community spaces, and prepare property trash for pick‑up.
- Assist in preparing available units by cleaning vacant apartments and removing trash as needed.
- Perform entry‑level community work orders while building skills for future assignments.
- Operate cleaning equipment, perform light maintenance duties, and occasional exterior work.
