Description

• Complete drywall repairs, new installations, and various home repair, maintenance, and improvement projects independently, on schedule and budget
• Organize and manage equipment and materials for projects
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining safety
• Track job progress and collect payments using field service software on tablets
• Prompt and precise service: arrive on schedule and complete jobs to satisfaction

Requirements

This role seeks an experienced Drywall Finisher who is dedicated to quality workmanship and outstanding customer service, with additional handyman abilities considered a plus.

• Flexible hours; ability to create own schedule (no weekends or weekends only)
• W‑2 status with independent‑job flexibility
• Expert‑level knowledge of drywall finishing
• Good overall knowledge of carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical (a plus)
• Own required tools for drywall work; additional tools for home repairs are a plus
• Mechanical aptitude, problem‑solving, basic math and English skills
• Strong work ethic, excellent time management, highly dependable, self‑reliant
• Ability to safely perform physical labor, including lifting 75+ lb, climbing ladders, and working in attics or confined spaces
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with clean record; ability to operate fleet vehicle safely
• Pass background screening
• Experienced and insured technicians; fully bonded and insured
• Excellent customer service; treat each home as their own
