The position covers the full cost‑management lifecycle—from initial business case and feasibility estimates through to procurement, construction, commissioning and final accounts. You will also help drive the growth of the business and contribute to the development of junior team members.

Deliver end‑to‑end cost management from feasibility estimates through to final accounts, including cost planning, contract procurement, tender documentation, value engineering and risk management.
Produce accurate cost reports and manage post‑contract commercial activities, ensuring professional competence in client interactions.
Support performance standards and technical excellence through effective communication and use of AECOM’s performance management processes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, promoting AECOM’s premium services and identifying new business opportunities.
Mentor junior staff on technically complex projects and contribute to business development initiatives.

Proven experience in cost management/quantity surveying on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of NEC4 contracts, especially PSC and ECC.
Experience working in integrated, multi‑organisation teams and, preferably, within client organisations or secondments.
Ability to influence key stakeholders and grow project portfolios.
Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) and MRICS accreditation (or working towards it).
