Maintain and grow client relationships by understanding specific client needs and work with our team to deliver superior service.
Work collaboratively with other managers to proactively balance resources, anticipate potential issues and develop appropriate corrective actions to keep projects on schedule, on budget and with high quality.

Knowledge and technical background in the industry of power and/or water related infrastructure.
Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
12+ years of leading multi-disciplinary teams is required, including 6+ years of project management experience.
Ability to manage and grow program clients and their projects.
New York PE (Professional Engineer) license is required (or through reciprocity).
PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate with team members internally and externally.
