As a Superintendent, you will support the oversight of field staff performance across various projects in the Fire Alarm division and other departments. Your coordination of multiple departments ensures field employees are cared for and client needs are met.
- Liaise with project management teams to verify project design accuracy before work begins.
- Order and schedule delivery of all equipment needed for the project.
- Serve as primary communication link between field staff and office.
- Manage work schedules and timecards for all field staff.
- Provide leadership to on-site staff, subcontractors, and other parties.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety policies.
- Review project progress to meet deadlines.
- Report work results accurately and promptly.
- Inspect and maintain the truck and related equipment, submitting repair requests as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment and vehicles safely for loading/unloading.
- Follow company safety procedures, including driver safety and PPE use.
- Respond to emergency service calls.
- Regularly stand, walk, lift, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
- Occasionally lift/move heavy objects.

The role requires regular standing, walking, and handling of tools, as well as occasional lifting of heavy objects. You must be able to balance, climb, grasp, hear, speak, and maintain visual acuity while performing repetitive motions and using personal protective equipment safely.
- Minimum 5+ years of fire alarm experience; FAL certification required.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work in team and independently.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of life-safety principles and practices.
- Required abilities: balancing, climbing, grasping, hearing, mental acuity, pulling, pushing, repetitive motion, speaking, visual acuity.
