a. Execute and co-develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and visitation targets for the MICE segment.
c. Contribute to the creation of value-added delegate experiences that enhance the appeal of Sentosa.
The Manager, MICE will spearhead strategies to position Sentosa as a leading destination for Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions. This role requires driving business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and supporting stakeholders in ensuring seamless delivery of high-value events. The individual will combine market intelligence, strong industry networks, and effective leadership to achieve business growth and strengthen Sentosa’s reputation as a premier MICE hub.
b. Represent Sentosa Development Corporation at trade shows, industry forums, and networking events.
d. Partner with hotels, venues, attractions, the Singapore Tourism Board and the hospitality eco-system to curate integrated delegate offerings.

d. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from bid proposals to contract negotiation and confirmation.
a. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporates, associations, event planners, and industry partners.
c. Organize regular sales meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions to align on strategies.
c. Analyse market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to generate qualified leads.
c. Ensure excellent client experience and service standards throughout the event planning and delivery process.
a. Contribute to annual budget planning, revenue forecasts, and sales performance targets.
b. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through associations, corporates, PCOs, DMCs and international channels.

c. Manage sales expenses efficiently to ensure maximum ROI.
a. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
d. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
g. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a sales team.
b. Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in MICE sales or business development
h. Possessing a class 3 driving license will be advantageous.
f. Results-oriented with analytical and strategic thinking skills.
e. Strong industry networks and ability to build long-term partnerships.
c. Strong track record in securing international/regional events.
