- Set up and operate vehicle instrumentation and logging systems.
- Collect data in varied environments and weather conditions, including night drives.
- Perform vehicle testing at proving grounds and external sites (e.g., boat ramps, deep-water scenarios).
- Lead data collection across multiple trailers, bullbars, and surfaces.
- Provide structured feedback, test reports, and program status updates.
- Ensure all diagnostic issues are identified and resolved.
- Support annotation and validation work for AI/Neural Network model training.

- Excellent communication skills to liaise with local and international teams.
- Tier 2 driver certification with towing (or equivalent trailer towing credentials) preferred.
- Valid Australian (or equivalent international) driver’s licence with strong driving record.
- Hands-on trailer towing and reversing experience (must have).
- Knowledge of data logger systems – set-up, usage, troubleshooting, and fault finding.
- Proven diagnostics/CAN-based experience and knowledge of vehicle electrical systems.
- Graduate or Degree in Automotive, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification) with an ideal experience range of 1 to 2 years in the automotive field is preferred.
- Strong experience in ADAS feature development, validation, or testing.
- Independent, proactive problem solver with strong collaboration skills.
