  • Assist field technicians with field issues when requested.
  • Maintain and use all required PPE and assist Field Technicians with PPE requirements.
  • Communicate all program deficiencies and improvements.
  • Standby and on-call duty may be required, and the individual must be able to respond to the facility within one hour.
  • Report all non-conforming work.
  • Perform and document calibration of monitoring instrument as required.
  • Document Management of Change and assist to maintain the accuracy of field inventories.
  • Assist with instrument issues when requested.
  • Perform logistics of the site by transporting technicians to and from jobsites.
  • Perform and document calibration-precision test and response time test as required.
  • Participate in and lead training for career development, safety and maintaining required certifications.
  • Perform and document field inspections as a leader of a team and/or independently accurately, safely and efficiently.
  • Assist Project Manager(s) with QAQC programs.
  • Promote a positive work/team environment.
  • Perform and document drift assessments when required.
  • Complete review of inventory discrepancies reported by Technicians.
  • Document leak tag completely and accurately for all leaks found.
  • Perform re-inspections and special non-routine inspections when requested.
  • Comply with all permit and sign in procedures for the site.
  • Perform field inspections of additional LDAR services when required.
  • Complete inventory projects in the field and in the database.
  • Ensure effective communication.
  • Assist in safety meetings and be a leader in the safety culture.
  • Hang inventory tags and re-hang fallen inventory tags.
  • Receive handheld and ensure all information is accurate.
  • Complete comprehensive Job Safety Analysis at their jobsite and review JSA’s.
  • Document and report any tag maintenance and inventory discrepancies found in the field.
  • Ensure job site is clean and free of any materials.

  • First Aid and CPR Certified is a plus
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC) is required
  • Intermediate knowledge in applicable Federal, State and Local LDAR regulations
  • Ability to think and act strategically and proactively
  • Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel/management
  • Refinery Safety Overview (RSO) training is a plus
  • Man lift Certified is a plus
  • Demonstrate discretion, confidentiality and good judgement when dealing with sensitive company, personnel and client information.
  • 1+ years minimum of LDAR experience
  • Intermediate knowledge in LDAR related hardware and tools
  • State/Region applicable Safety Council Training is a plus
  • Novice experience with LDAR database software programs is required
  • Resourcefulness, flexibility, and resiliency to operate in a dynamic work environment
  • Valid Driver’s License is required
  • Able to work independently, managing multiple responsibilities (i.e., self-starter, self-motivated)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, time management and leadership skills
  • Ability to climb stairs, ladders and work from heights
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Workday is a plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Capability to pass background checks and initial and random drug screening
  • Must be able to successfully pass a urine, alcohol, and hair drug test
  • Ability to pass an OSHA Respiratory Protection Medical Evaluation, and don respiratory equipment .
  • Must have the ability to lift 20-30 pounds using Company provided equipment.
