Addl. Chief Resident Engineer – I- BID Position

Description

• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety standards and ensure that safety protocols are strictly followed at the construction site.
• Drawing & Document Review: Review construction drawings, design documents, and method statements for completeness and accuracy.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical advice and solutions for site-related issues and challenges.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure that all construction works adhere to quality standards and contract requirements.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, prepare reports, and communicate any delays or issues to management.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate between contractors, consultants, and various project teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
• Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving site-level disputes and technical problems efficiently.
• Resource Management: Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with client representatives, government agencies, and local authorities as needed.
• Project Supervision: Support the Chief Resident Engineer in overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work progresses as per schedule and specifications.

Requirements

• minimum 25 years of experience in railways or railway related industry.
• minimum 5 years’ experience in urban rail based passenger carrying system
• Graduate in Civil Engineering
