Produce high quality print outputs using high speed digital printers adhering to client specifications
Manage wide format print tasks utilising automated cutting devices and software
Liaise with subcontractors & suppliers to report device faults and request onsite assistance
Raise departmental orders and monitor stock levels
Provide intermediate printer maintenance and calibrate machines
Scan client hardcopies and save in desired formats
Generate monthly shredder data and reports
Provide reprographic finishing such as laminating, book binding, folding and padding
Work rotating weekly shifts of 8am-4pm & 10am-6pm Mon-Fri
Manage engineer attendance and book building visitors
Undertake daily floor walks of the building to ensure shredder performability
