Experience in the development of governance structures and program management plans.
Strong written and verbal communication and negotiating skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Experience in developing and updating cost and resource loaded schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and other database programs, webbased tools and spreadsheets.
Experience with federal compliance and reporting requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental, Construction Management, or applicable years of demonstrated experience.
Experience in multiple project delivery models: designbidbuild, designbuild, CMAR, and alternative delivery methods.
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in program/project controls, leading teams and overseeing programs exceeding $1B in value in infrastructure, water, energy, transportation, and environmental sectors.
Experience in development of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), scheduling and schedule analysis, cost estimating and cost control, budget development, reporting and record/document control.
Experience in the municipal sector in areas of public works, utilities, transportation, and industry and on multisector programs is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in the implementation of integrated PMIS platforms across multiagency programs.
Experience in mapping complex business processes and developing efficiencies using Visio.
