- Processing orders and despatching items to field service engineers.
- Facilitate the resolution of driver issues and requests
- Providing general administrative support to the after sales area and where applicable the department and business
- Accurately track and report all Fleet related costs
- Invoicing and processing of all fines

- To be customer focused, committed and highly self-motivated with the ability to demonstrate a flexible approach to changing business needs. You must be able to keep pace in a fast-moving environment, be able to communicate your skills and cope with ever changing workloads & deadlines. Participates as full member of a team. Co-operate and work collaboratively with both internal and external personnel.
- To have the ability to problem solve and implement effective resolutions
- Must hold a full UK driving licence
- To be able to communicate effectively and efficiently to all levels of the organisation in both written and verbal form.
