  • Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Manage and monitor virtualized environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and administrative tasks across both on-premises and cloud environments.

  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for both on-premises and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Microsoft 365 Specialization:
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
  • Other relevant certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
  • 7+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience with large-scale M365 deployments, migrations, and administration.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
  • Demonstrated experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and network administration.
  • Strong understanding of M365 security and compliance tools (Microsoft Defender, Purview).
  • Candidates must hold at least one of the following prerequisite certifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
