In this role, the Assistant Community Manager will support operations, leasing activities, resident relations, and rent collection while ensuring compliance with property policies. The Assistant Manager position offers a salary of $20‑$24 per hour plus a two‑bedroom, two‑bath manufactured home on site, with living on site required. The role follows a Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm schedule and supports two manufactured housing communities—Mill Creek Estates and Windemere Meadows—each with roughly 110 homes in Aumsville, Oregon.
