Construction Superintendent (Industrial Tilt-Wall)

• Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.
• Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program.
• Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award-winning Company safety program.
• Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
• Develop and manage project schedules.
• Manage subcontractor performance relationships.
• Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.

The Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up New Construction of Industrial Tilt-Wall projects valued above $10M, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, field staff throughout projects.

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or similar discipline preferred
• Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion
• Minimum 3 years of Lead Superintendent experience within Tilt-Wall Construction, with project values at or above $10M
• Knowledge of Procore or similar software
• Soft skills such as good verbal and written communication skills
