Extensive experience in submarine structural design.
Familiarity with naval certification processes.
Strong understanding of pressure hull design principles, structural mechanics, and relevant standards
Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
Communicates in a structured way and has ability to present technical ideas in user-friendly language
Degree-qualified in Naval Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
Responds positively to learning opportunities and is comfortable stepping out of own comfort zone
Is effective at solving problems, trouble-shooting and making timely decisions
Experience in assurance framework development or technical policy formulation.
