Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in respect of land access and contractual arrangements.
Assist with assessing upcoming scopes of work in our Land Activity Permits (LAP) approval process.

Demonstrated experience in a related corporate within the mining or resources industry
Tertiary qualification in a related discipline such as law, commerce or equivalent
Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver results while working on multiple tasks with tight timeframes
Experience in drafting of agreements and/or contract management and legal
Knowledge of the WA Mining Act, Land Administration Act and related resources development legislation as it applies to the development and operation of mining projects in WA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
