Experience gained within a legal, commercial or financial role within the engineering or construction industry.
Experience communicating with clients, subcontractors and subconsultants to proactively resolve commercial performance concerns/risks
Preferably a degree (or equivalent qualification) in finance, law, quantity surveying, commercial management or an engineering discipline. Post graduate business qualifications are highly advantageous.
Good working knowledge of contract law and specific knowledge with respect to the infrastructure projects. Experience of a range of forms of contract such as NEC3, NEC4, government frameworks and bespoke design & build agreements.
Experience in project, commercial and risk management, including client facing roles.
