- Support ISO documentation, compliance and controls
- Managing Supply Chain documentation and accreditations
- Managing client feedback process and procedure
- Supporting Contracts Team administrative functions
- Site & Operational support, first point of contact for site teams to support any administrative, IT and communications requests
- Coordination and management of project specific vetting and security screening
- Support Health, Safety and Environmental document control
- Archiving of project documentation allowing for efficient future access.
- Coordination of project O&M manuals, log books, asset registers and accreditations etc.

- Organised, self-motivate and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Strong time management/ prioritisation skills.
- New project start-up procedures, document control, electronic filing, hard information collation, SharePoint / EDMS control
- Experience with document control or operations administration preferred
- Competence in Microsoft (essential) and EDMS (preferred).
- Educated to Degree Level in English, or Business related field, not essential.
- Ability to maintain high quality & attention to detail.
- Excels in working as part of a team and under own supervision.
- Works well under pressure
