Description

Validate land use plans that balance residential, commercial, industrial, and recreational spaces, while preserving natural resources and ensuring optimal land utilization.
Plan and oversee the development of essential infrastructure, including transportation networks, public utilities, and green spaces, to support the city’s growth according to the original designs
Ensure Integration of principles of sustainable urban design, environment resilience, and green principles into planning and implementation processes to promote energy efficiency, reduce carbon footprints, and enhance the quality of life.
Validate developed comprehensive urban planning strategies and designs to guide the growth and development of the city.
Enforce zoning regulations and policies to ensure that all construction projects comply with local, state, and national laws.
