Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent 8 years of construction experience).
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing people and projects within the solar EPC industry.
Valid current passport and willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Extensive travel required for project oversight and client engagement.
