Lead Generator Installer (Electrical License Required)

Description

• Conduct site assessments and verify installation plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
• Train and mentor apprentices to develop their technical skills and safety awareness
• Perform the electrical connections and ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes
• Coordinate with install team and customers to ensure timely and accurate installations
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently
• Lead and supervise a team of 2 install helpers/apprentices during generator installations

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and installation manuals
• Proven experience in generator installation
• Knowledge of local building and electrical codes
• Valid New Hampshire Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Customer service experience in a residential setting
• Experience with residential standby generators (e.g., Generac, Kohler)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
