We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Marketing Executive to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing activities across the business. This role will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute campaigns, manage day-to-day marketing operations, and help ensure Flannery’s brand continues to stand out in the industry.

  • Good understanding of digital marketing principles and campaign performance tracking.
  • Event coordination experience.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, or paid social advertising.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, CMS, email marketing software).
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for content creation.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role (minimum 3–5 years), ideally in B2B, construction, plant hire, or related industries.
  • Experience managing relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
