The manager will direct property operations, manage budgets, and enforce policies while guaranteeing compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and related programs. Responsibilities include overseeing leasing, marketing, rent collection, and maintaining occupancy levels, as well as addressing resident concerns and coordinating move-ins and move-outs. They will supervise, train, and evaluate on-site staff, oversee maintenance, inspections, and safety standards, and prepare and submit required compliance reports.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, alongside at least two years of affordable-housing property-management experience; CPM or ARM certification is advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate strong knowledge of housing regulations, leadership abilities, and effective communication skills, and be proficient with property-management software and Microsoft Office.
