Proficient in working with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Line Design Softwares such as O-Calc, SPIDAcalc, or DDS.
Experience designing electrical distribution physical structures, routing, equipment specifications, and wiring.
Risk-aware and quality-focused ability to comprehend and interpret safety codes, utility standards and regulations.
Results-driven and methodical, with expert-level analytical and organizational skills, and a focus on solving problems that impact quality, budget, and risk.
Exceptional communicator with proven ability to align teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and lead with transparency and clarity.
