Ensure data integrity by maintaining accurate company & contact records.
Contribute to a positive customer service experience by communicating effectively and building rapport with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Generate a high volume of daily outbound calls and emails to clients in line with agreed schedules and procedures.
Serve as the first point of contact for Accounts Receivable inquiries, actively listening to and triaging client concerns, processing credit card payments, and providing clear information on outstanding accounts.
Maintains discretion and confidentiality.
Maintain accurate up to date debtor notes on all interactions, including communication details, payment agreements, and issues holding up payment.
Take ownership of a complex ledger and proactively manage the reduction in aged debt.
Escalate account disputes and collaborate with internal stakeholders for timely resolution.
