Attends trade shows and regional metering schools to conduct technical presentations in large group session.
Contribute to development and delivery of technical sales presentations to prospective and/or existing customers.
Schedules and attends customer wellness visits.
Develops positive customer relationships through proactive customer management while providing guidance to customers in implementation, operation, training and problem resolution.
Provides technical expertise and information to sales for customers and prospects on system configurations, use, operation and features with emphasis on “industry best practices” to maximize the value of Company solutions.

Desired Education/Experience: 3 to 5 years successful performance in a customer service or technical support related position in an electronic technology related field including independent travel and customer contact. Four-year degree from an accredited college and/or university is preferred. Five years of proven technical sales and/or technical support position in the electrical industry. Experience with utility operations, AMR operations, is a plus. Must have excellent computer skills including the ability to utilize Excel, Word, Outlook and CRM systems. Bilingual French/English is not required but is extremely helpful.
Required Minimum Years of Experience: 2+ to 5
Individual must possess and demonstrate excellent customer relations skills, time management skills and ability to manage multiple daily tasks.
General understanding of utilities and specific knowledge concerning utility distribution systems, power transformers, instrument transformers etc.
Required Minimum Level of Education: Bachelor's Degree
Effective oral and written communication skills; strong presentation skills.
