The Senior Sales, Revenue, and Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated sales, pricing, and revenue management strategies to drive growth and maximize profitability across passenger train services. This role combines commercial strategy, analytical insight, and team leadership to ensure alignment between revenue optimization, sales performance, and customer engagement initiatives in support of the organization’s strategic objectives.

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and service delivery teams to align promotional activities with revenue goals.
Continuously refine pricing strategies to maximize yield and occupancy across routes and service classes.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and revenue management strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
Identify new market opportunities, revenue streams, and growth initiatives to enhance profitability and market share.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance overall revenue performance.
Ensure sales and revenue strategies are data-driven and responsive to market trends and customer behaviors.
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular performance reports and implementing corrective measures where necessary.
Use advanced analytics to measure the effectiveness of sales and revenue strategies.
Ensure the successful presentation and sale of onboard and related services, to maximize ancillary revenue.
Collaborate closely with the Commercial Director to ensure coherence between pricing, sales, and broader business objectives.
Oversee the development and implementation of dynamic pricing models and revenue optimization frameworks.
Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies, community leaders, and strategic partners.
Produce regular reports on sales and revenue performance, market trends, and key commercial metrics.
Oversee sales planning, performance tracking, and achievement of ambitious sales targets.
Present insights, findings, and strategic recommendations to the Commercial Director and executive leadership.
Lead the demand forecasting process to anticipate passenger volumes and optimize capacity utilization.
Analyze market conditions, competitive landscape, and customer demand patterns to inform pricing decisions.

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field, or a related field.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
At least 10 years of experience proven experience in revenue management, pricing, or related roles, preferably in the transportation sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
