- Participate in customer communications under the guidance of senior engineers
- Help troubleshoot product or application concerns alongside technical staff
- Assist in sizing, selecting, and configuring traction elevator machines and systems
- Learn and utilize tools such as ERP systems, CAD, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, AutoCAD)
- Shadow engineers during customer consultations and quote development
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and internal records
- Collaborate with the Operations, Warranty, and Field Sales teams
- Support the creation of technical sales proposals and documentation
