Description

• MIS reporting: Prepare monthly reports for business KPI’s
• Ordering: Ensure timely placement of purchase orders on approved vendors as per defined SOB.
• Inventory Management: To monitor and control the inward movement of materials & maintain the optimum inventory levels.
• Cost reduction: Drive cost reduction measures to maintain market competitiveness.
• Organize and Execute: Ensure timely delivery of components from vendors with regular follow up to meet the manufacturing plan.
• Planning: Preparing the procurement plan of components from vendors in line with manufacturing plan.
• Vendor Management: Re-evaluate Existing vendors/Develop alternate vendors to continuously improve delivery and quality reliability along with cost competitiveness.

Requirements

• Knowledge of manufacturing & surface treatment processes like Painting, Powder coating, Galvanizing etc.
• Sound Knowledge of MS office (Advance MS EXCEL, Power Point)
• Knowledge of Materials Management & Inventory Management
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Team player who understands responsibility & accountability
• Knowledge of procurement of switchgear Import Parts, steel fabricated parts, sheet metal parts, Electrical components, fasteners & bought out parts.
• Intercultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multi-cultural team
• Proactive mindset and approach to serve colleagues, internal and external customers
• Mindset of learning & growth and win-win thinker
• Knowledge of MS Power apps like Planner, Lists, Power Bi, Power Automate preferred.
• Experience in understanding and managing complex suppliers.
• Time management and Prioritization Skills
• Knowledge of procurement of switchgear Wired panel Fabrication, structural Fabrication is must
• Working knowledge of SAP (MM)
• Supplier market knowledge
