Responsible for assembling, installing, aligning, maintaining, repairing, troubleshooting, inspecting,
Programming/Troubleshooting of PLC and programmable controllers
Servicing of prime motors, PLC, programmable controller, shaft, couplings, seals, chains, belt drive
dismantling of machinery and equipment.
Regular upkeep of equipment.
Perform a variety of repairs and maintenance (predictive and preventive and regular) on all our Plant equipment while troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical processes.
Experience: Minimum five years in industry.
Capable of reading mechanical, electrical and machine drawings and understanding the requirements of
Familiar with Health and Safety codes, regulations and procedures.
Skills: Must have a considerable Mechanical and Electrical Aptitude.
Understanding of Safety and ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System requirements
Familiar with the Canadian Electrical Code, CSA/ASTM/ANSI codes
Knowledge of Arc welding and brazing
Forklift certification
Usage of precision tools
Familiar with rigging, hoisting and fitting practices.
Familiar with the preparation and implementation of maintenance work schedules.
Hands on repair, calibration of pneumatics and hydraulic experience
Familiar with relevant market products and equipment
Usage of equipment and hand tools
AC and DC drives and motor, generators control systems
Education: Minimum requirements High School or Technical School.
Hourly Rate: $19 to $28. Rates are flexible based on the skills, experiences and interviews.
