Develops and maintains effective communications and working relationships with client as well as staff
Serves as a representative of Jacobs at meetings, presentations, and reviews relative to assigned project.
Initiates / reviews / Approves all scope changes and or additional scope additions by the client.
Establishes work plan and multi-disciplinary staffing for the entire program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
Directs and coordinates activities of Site Construction Teams to ensure project progresses on program schedule and within prescribed program budget.
Manage a large EPCM opportunity, responsible for all technical and commercial aspects of the program including but not limited to Safety, Financial, Technical, ESG and Client Relations.
Responsible for monthly financial reporting requirements and forecasts.
Assures that program complies with the contract agreement as well as exercises rigid cost control to implement the approved design within established budget restraints.
Maintains positive relationships with current client as assigned. Informs Operations Manager and Sales Manager of potential opportunities to market Jacobs’s services.
Encourage the project team to seek opportunities to deliver superior customer value and earn client loyalty.
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of program to ensure that goals/ of the individual project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

At least 20 years of experience as Project or Construction Manager preferably in the Biopharma/Life Science Industry
