MEP Engineer

Description

• Monitor and report on progress, quality, and safety of MEP installations.
• Resolve technical issues on-site and provide immediate engineering solutions to avoid delays.
• Supervise installation works for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities for inspections and approvals.
• Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
• Oversee and manage day-to-day MEP activities on-site, ensuring alignment with project timelines and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site personnel to ensure smooth execution of MEP works.
• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.

Requirements

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across a variety of high-end commercial projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and site coordination tools; Revit knowledge is a plus.
• Driving license preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Minimum 5 years of site experience in MEP execution.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of codes and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
