Monitor system performance data and assist with performance optimization and corrective maintenance activities
Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, electrical faults, or component failures to ensure maximum uptime
Capture and review thermal imaging during system and property inspections
Maintain accurate service records, documenting maintenance, repairs, and system performance data
Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on solar panels, inverters, and related electrical and mechanical systems
Collaborate with internal teams to support commissioning and ensure new solar installations meet quality standards
Senior-level technicians (Tier 3–4) will lead troubleshooting efforts, provide advanced diagnostics, and mentor junior team members
Maintain tools, testing equipment, and work vehicle in good working order

4+ years of experience in solar O&M, electrical, or related fields
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade certification in electrical, mechanical, or renewable energy fields a plus
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Basic understanding of PV systems and electrical safety
1+ years of experience in solar, electrical, or related technical fields
Experience commissioning systems and leading field teams
Preferred certifications: OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, NABCEP, NETA
