The Business Development Consultant will drive strategic project execution within the KSA district, collaborating with the Distribution Center of Excellence, Distribution Strategy, Cat Digital, and segment partners. Responsibilities include improving dealer‑specific product support operations, advising on marketing, digital and sales initiatives, and leveraging data and analytics for decision‑making. Strong influencing, project management, and organizational skills are essential to coordinate meetings, manage timelines, and deliver results.

Fluency in Arabic is a plus, and strong influencing and project‑management abilities are required. The role involves more than 20 % travel locally and regionally and is a full‑time onsite position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
