- Manage debt funding, payments, accounting, reconciliation, and lender reporting, including interest rate caps and swaps.

Brookfield is seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Financial Analyst – Real Estate to support financial reporting and operational processes for debt management, audits and other critical functions within the expanding North American logistics portfolio. The role requires a solid understanding of IFRS and provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a fast‑paced setting.
- Hold a CPA or CA professional accounting designation.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience, with real estate or capital‑markets exposure considered an asset.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS; familiarity with US GAAP and financial consolidation a plus.
- Experience with Yardi or OneStream accounting/consolidation systems preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time‑management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication with a collaborative problem‑solving approach.
- Demonstrated interest in real estate and financial markets.
