- Generate precise construction drawings leveraging Revit and other CAD tools.
- Analyze existing building conditions and produce as-built reports, including occasional travel.
- Conduct building code and zoning research to inform design decisions.
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with multidisciplinary teams.
- Perform quality-control checks before submitting documents for signing.
- Engage directly with clients to capture vision and ensure seamless project delivery.
- Translate client requirements into technically sound design solutions.
