What you would be doing

Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables;
Track project costs to remain within budget and ensure timely and accurate invoicing of completed projects;
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement;
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan;
Manage project budgets;
Facilitate meetings, track and assign action items, monitor progress, and follow project execution milestones;
Establish a high level of trust with the assigned Account Manager and act as the main liaison between operations and the manager;

Ensure the client onboarding process is smooth and transparent;
Apply project management principles such as planning, scope of work, timelines, quality control, and risk management;
Oversee project progress from post-sale through to delivery, including coordination with pre-production, production, transport, and installation teams, right through to preparing billing documentation;
Schedule meetings and prepare minutes.
