• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor and report work required beyond contract scope to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate project details efficiently in alignment with plans, specifications, and company standards.
• Prepare and document marked-up submittals to identify discrepancies or design modifications.
• Attend coordination meetings and site visits as needed to support design accuracy.
• Generate detailed, dimensional coordination drawings and all supporting documentation.

Mechanical BIM Coordinator / Detailer

• Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical and plumbing drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• Ability to maintain composure and urgency under pressure.
• Prior field experience as a Sheet Metal Mechanic, Sheet Metal Foreman, or Licensed Plumber strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating multi-discipline trades using BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks preferred).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
