The Installation Supervisor supports and oversees day‑to‑day installation activities, acting as a liaison among managers, field staff, other departments and customers. Reporting to the Regional Installation Manager, the role leads a team of managers, engineers, technicians and subcontractors who install electronic security systems at customer facilities worldwide, ensuring compliance with contracts, corporate standards and applicable regulations while meeting financial, quality and customer‑satisfaction goals.
Candidates must have at least two years of relevant post‑secondary education or equivalent experience, a valid U.S. passport, and the ability to obtain a Secret Personnel Clearance. Required experience includes three years of project management in security, electrical, communications, construction or related services, with demonstrated mentoring, problem‑solving and strong customer‑service orientation. Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, ICD 705, AR 190‑11, AFI 31‑101, UL 2050 and low‑voltage security systems, as well as proficiency in MS Office and project tools such as Salesforce or PlanGrid, is expected.
