- Engage in continuous improvement for time, cost, and quality management of M&E/OT operations.
- Support adoption of the latest smart facilities management trends and technologies.
- Ensure cybersecurity measures comply with organisational policies.

- Hold a degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Facilities Engineering with ≥2 years experience or a diploma with ≥5 years experience in commercial/retail building M&E systems.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Possess property management experience in commercial/retail developments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented, friendly, assertive, and personable.
- Prior experience managing a Green Mark building or holding Green Mark Accredited Professional certification is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of digitalisation in operational technology to improve building efficiency is a plus.
