4+ years of consulting experience delivering strategic advisory services (e.g., strategy, policy, corporate sustainability, engagement, organizational effectiveness).

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects across geographies and service lines.

Exceptional writing skills for diverse audiences (communities, executives, etc.).
Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
Deep knowledge of sustainable community development, modern treaties, natural resource governance, socio-economic development, and northern co-management regimes.
4+ years of relevant work experience in northern Canada.
