Work with Digital PMs, analysts, and technical specialists to carry out discovery, documentation, workflow mapping, and pilot evaluations.
Serve as a key client-facing advisor for digital strategy, helping agencies navigate the transition from legacy processes to model-based delivery.
Develop frameworks that link design models, construction workflows, and O&M/asset management requirements into a cohesive delivery approach.
Produce or oversee development of sample training modules, role-based guides, and communication materials.

Comfortable working in an advisory/consulting environment where ambiguity, discovery, and problem-solving are central.
Proficiency in Digital Delivery tools (Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud; Bentley Infrastructure Cloud, Open Suite) and familiarity with Power BI and model-based quantity takeoff tools.
Background working with DOTs or large transportation programs.
Strong understanding of digital delivery concepts (BIM, model-based construction, BEP development, asset information, field data capture).
Professional Licensure and Society Memberships
Communicate confidently with designers, contractors, inspectors, and executives, adapting language to diverse stakeholder groups.
Prior work in curriculum development, training strategy, or change management.
Familiarity with Bentley Infrastructure Cloud, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Synchro, or similar environments (expert-level modeling skills not required).
Ability to evaluate workflows, document processes, synthesize findings, and present recommendations clearly.
Experience supporting digital transformation or program-level digital delivery initiatives for owners or large capital programs.
Experience communicating with mixed technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of BIM/VDC experience across design and construction phases.
Understanding of asset management concepts and how design/construction data flows into O&M systems.
