- Assist in Affordable system upgrades, implementations, integrations, and maintenance through validation and testing of proposed resolutions and releases.
- Point of contact for Yardi Affordable Module, other Yardi products used by RMC and end-user questions to ensure they are addressed in a professional and timely manner.
- Keep current on all Yardi Affordable module feature updates and system changes to ensure the software is understood and utilized to the fullest capacity. Suggest improvements in work procedures.
- Assist in onboarding acquired and new properties into the system working with inside Compliance teams, Asset Management and IT to ensure new properties are appropriately set-up.
- Maintain a high level of communication with internal stakeholders. Communicate effectively with Yardi end users, Yardi customer representatives, and internal Related IT teams
- Assist with research and testing new software versions, service packs, plugins, and customizations.
- Communicate timely with Property Management, Compliance and Leasing teams the Affordable module business implications of upgrades and assist in training for those changes.

- Primary Yardi trainer and job aide creator. Troubleshoot and correct Yardi affordable functional/process issues.
- Three plus years of experience in affordable property management, compliance, and leasing. Working knowledge of market rate and commercial set up in Yardi.
- Familiarity with accounting, Rent Café Affordable, full P2P, MIQ, FIQ, AIQ and other Yardi applications.
- Ability to work with Yardi vendor representative and RMC staff to pro-actively ensure all RMC business needs are being met.
- Expert knowledge of LIHTC and HUD programs. Familiarity with NYC rent stabilization a plus but not required.
- Ability to speak effectively with diverse employee populations.
- Three plus years maintaining all aspects of Yardi software environment, including all admin level tasks
- Ability to perform ETLs, use YSR and basic to intermediate level SQL
