Support Accounts Payable processes, including invoice review and timely payment preparation.
Assisting in the implementation of new systems and procedures.
Contribute to finance-related projects, including process improvements and system implementations.
Developing and maintaining documentation and training materials.
Assist with general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Review and assist in preparing accurate financial reports for management.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic planning.
Accurately input financial data into accounting systems, ensuring integrity and consistency.
Conducting process analysis and identifying areas for improvement.
Format: Each intern will have the opportunity to shadow various functions that go into the homebuilding and lending processes.
Analyzing data and generating reports to track progress and identify trends.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Participate in team meetings and actively contribute ideas for ongoing projects.

Must be enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at the time of application or must have graduated the semester immediately preceding the start of the internship.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum of junior status preferred.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 at time of application or graduation preferred.
High School diploma GED, or equivalent education required.
Internship may include a capstone presentation or final project.
Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Pursuing a B.S. or B.A degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or Graphic Design preferred
Our various PFS Internships are ideal for candidates pursuing a number of degrees including Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Communication, Human Resources, Pre-law, or similar degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Must be at least 18 years of age.
