- Créer et maintenir des listes d’outils / filtres et de la documentation

- Inspections de l'équipement et des pièces
- Travailler pendant les heures normales d’ouverture pour organiser et réaliser les travaux dans les délais prévus. Faire des heures supplémentaires et travailler la fin de semaine, selon les besoins.
- Assistance des techniciens d'entretien des bateaux - commande de pièces, gestion des stocks, planification des équipes et gestion de la qualité et de la sécurité
- Établir et maintenir les communications entre tous les niveaux de supervision et de gestion

- Communiquer et interagir efficacement et avec professionnalisme avec les superviseurs, les employés et toute autre personne, à titre individuel ou au sein d’une équipe.
- Comprendre et respecter toutes les exigences fédérales, étatiques et de l'entreprise en matière de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement
- Actuellement étudiant à un diplôme de premier cycle – Mécanique, Logistique, civil avec un intérêt marqué pour les équipements lourds.
- Présence régulière et assidue.

- Solide organisation, gestion du temps et souci du détail
- Solide éthique de travail, prêt à faire ce qu'il faut pour que le travail soit bien fait du premier coup
- Pouvoir travailler à temps plein pendant l'hiver (janvier-avril 2026)
