The Community Manager will support schedule flexibility and accommodate advance notice for time‑off requests. When a Saturday shift is worked, the employee receives a business day off.
Candidates should have at least a high‑school diploma, with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, and 1‑2 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality or multifamily property management. Strong administrative, organizational, and computer skills are required, along with a valid driver’s license for operating onsite golf carts.
The position is full‑time, up to 40 hours per week, with overtime compensated at time‑and‑a‑half when needed. The Leasing Office operates from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM on weekdays and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the expectation to work up to three Saturdays a month.
