PM2CM is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator – IT Purchasing Specialist to lead and manage IT procurement activities. The role blends strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, compliance oversight, and stakeholder coordination to ensure efficient, transparent, and legally compliant outcomes. The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, communicative, highly organized, and familiar with public-sector contracting and technology purchases.
Candidates must have at least seven years of procurement, contract administration, or purchasing experience, preferably in the public sector and IT domain, along with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of California public procurement laws, software licensing models, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and data-tracking tools is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with large bond programs, educational institutions, or public agencies and certifications such as CPPB, CPPO, or CPCM.
